"Hello everyone,
I’d like to invite you to a beginner-friendly walking meditation session in the beautiful Hampstead Heath. This will be a gentle, 1-hour walk, where we explore mindfulness in motion.
What is walking meditation ?
Walking meditation is a simple, calming practice where we focus our attention on the movement of the body, the rhythm of our steps, and the sensations of walking. It’s a way to bring awareness to the present moment while enjoying nature, helping to reduce stress and cultivate a sense of calm.
What to expect :
• We’ll walk at a slow, mindful pace, pausing occasionally to notice our surroundings and breath.
• No prior experience is needed – just comfortable shoes and an open mind.
• The session is informal and supportive, perfect for beginners.
